- Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to play a key role in managing quarterly and annual financial reporting, preparing detailed financial MIS, supporting statutory audits, and ensuring timely finalization of accounts in compliance with regulatory standards for a listed organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financials for a listed company (Turnover ₹400Cr - ₹700Cr)
- Quarterly limited review and annual financial reporting
- Finalization of P&L;, Cash Flow Statements, Financial Statements & Notes to Accounts
- Monthly MIS Reporting, Budget Tracking & Variance Analysis
- Annual Budget Preparation and monitoring on a monthly basis
- Strong understanding of audit and reporting requirements including: CARO, Audit Reports & Engagement Letters, Schedule III disclosures under Companies Act, 2013
- Coordination and support during Statutory Audits




- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and reporting standards
- Basic knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Eligibility Criteria
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / CMA Qualified
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Prior statutory audit exposure with any Top 10 CA Firms (preferred)

- Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle preferred)
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Effective time management and execution capabilities
- Experience in Manufacturing Finance (Auto Components preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹869,292.24 - ₹1,222,555.35 per year
