Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counselling to clients regarding visa options (study, tourist, visitor, or work visas).
- Assess client profiles and recommend the best visa pathway.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Keep updated with the latest visa rules and immigration policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth file submission.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy preferred.
- Knowledge of visa processes for countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or Europe is an advantage.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and build trust.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
