We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior VFX Paint Artist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing complex paint and clean-up work on high-profile projects, ensuring seamless, invisible fixes that uphold the highest visual standards. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior artists, collaborate closely with supervisors and compositors, and contribute to pipeline and workflow improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCore Paint & Clean-Up
- Perform advanced wire and rig removals, marker/tracking dot clean-up, and set extensions using paint techniques
- Execute complex beauty and cosmetic fixes on talent (blemish removal, skin smoothing, scar/tattoo removal, etc.)
- Remove unwanted on-set elements including crew reflections, camera equipment, boom mics, safety rigs, green/blue screen artifacts, and environmental distractions
- Perform stabilized paint work on moving plates, ensuring frame-by-frame accuracy and temporal consistency




- Create and reconstruct clean plates from live-action photography for use by compositing and environment teams
- Handle dust busting and grain management across various camera formats and resolutions (4K, 6K, 8K, IMAX)
- Patch and repair damaged or incomplete plates, including scanning artifacts and lens flares

Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level paint artists, providing constructive feedback and support
- Participate in dailies and review sessions with supervisors, leads, and clients
- Communicate effectively with production coordinators regarding shot status, bid estimates, and scheduling concerns
- Assist the Paint Supervisor in shot assignments, workload balancing, and quality control
- Provide accurate time estimates and flag potential issues or scope changes proactively
- Uphold and champion quality standards across the paint department

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
