Job Description: Store Incharge (Raw Materials)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage our raw materials. You will be the person in charge of making sure we have the right ingredients for our medicines, stored safely and recorded correctly on the computer.

What You Will Do
- Receive Goods: Check all incoming materials against the paperwork. Make sure the containers are sealed and clean.
- Secure Storage: Move materials to the right spot (Cool room, Quarantine, or Approved area). Keep the store clean and organized.
- Daily Records: Use the computer (ERP/Excel) to enter every item that comes in or goes out. No paperwork should be left pending.
- Give Materials to Production: When the factory needs materials, you weigh/measure them and hand them over. Always use the oldest stock first (FEFO) so nothing expires.
- Work with QC:



Label materials clearly as "Under Test" or "Approved" after the lab team checks them.
- Stock Checks: Do a physical count of items regularly to make sure the computer numbers match what is on the shelf.

Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate (B.A, B.Sc or B.PHARMA preferred)
- Experience: Previous experience working in a Pharma Store is a must. You should understand how a pharmacy warehouse works.
- Computer Skills: You must be comfortable using a computer (typing, using basic software, or Excel) to track inventory.
- Quality Mindset: You understand that in Pharma, everything must be clean, labeled, and recorded accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
