About the Role:
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented Intern for the People Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to people operations, hiring support, and process building in a dynamic setting where adaptability and impact matter.
- Support day-to-day People operations including onboarding, Letter generation,



employee data management & Separation
- Help design, document, and maintain simple People processes that balance people needs with business outcomes, manage & implement the company’s policies
- Track and organise hiring data, pipelines, and dashboards using Google Sheets
- Work closely with the People Operations leads to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and execute solutions
- Support the end-to-end pre-onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain accurate people records and data, including personnel files, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of people policies, procedures and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support in internal communications and maintaining compliance.
