Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and professionals interested in digital marketing courses
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
- Follow up with prospective students and ensure conversions
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an academic counsellor or in education sales
- Good understanding of digital marketing topics (SEO, SMM, PPC, Content, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Presentable personality with a skilled approach
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
