Key Responsibilities
- Control coating GSM & pickup % as per product requirements
- Maintain bath parameters (viscosity, solid content, level)
- Adjust nip roller pressure for uniform coating
- Optimize line speed vs coating deposition:
- Monitor dryer temperature zones & curing profile:
- Maintain proper fabric tension (geogrid):
- Ensure coating adhesion & penetration quality:
- Identify and rectify defects (uneven coating, streaks, dry patches)
- Handle foam control, filtration & bath consistency:
- Perform process troubleshooting & minor mechanical fixes:
- Maintain production & quality records

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
