Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads and revenue growth through data-driven digital campaigns in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
- Monitor KPIs like CPL, CAC, ROAS & conversion rates
- Build and optimize landing pages & funnels
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Analyze data and present actionable insights





What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Prior experience in real estate marketing preferred
- Deep understanding of paid ads, funnels & analytics tools
- Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency
