- Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Accounts & Finance Operations Intern who wants real exposure to how finance works inside a growing e-commerce brand.
This role is not just data entry.
You will directly work on:
Vendor settlements
Margin calculations
Payment reconciliation
Commission tracking
Order-level financial accuracy

Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Settlement Management
Preparing vendor payout sheets
Calculating IKIRU commission
Adjusting discounts, GST, shipping charges
Verifying TCS, TDS, and payment gateway deductions
- Coordinating with vendors for settlement confirmation Order-Level Financial Reconciliation
Matching Shopify orders with Razorpay/Cashfree settlements
Tracking COD vs prepaid differences
Identifying payment mismatches
Flagging revenue leakage or margin errors
- Gross Margin & Net Margin Tracking
Calculating order-level gross margins
Supporting contribution margin tracking
Assisting in city-wise / vendor-wise profitability analysis
- Expense & Burn Monitoring
Recording operational expenses
Assisting in monthly burn sheet preparation
Supporting break-even and profitability analysis
- Financial Data Hygiene
Maintaining structured Google Sheets / Airtable records
Ensuring zero calculation errors
Creating clean, audit-ready sheets
Skills Required:
Solid Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Comfortable with formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, SUMIF etc.)
Basic understanding of GST structure
