Job Summary

The BOPP Coating Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the BOPP tape coating machine to ensure productive production and high-quality output. The role includes maintaining optimal machine performance, minimizing wastage, recording production data, and ensuring workplace cleanliness while following standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation
- Operate and monitor the BOPP tape coating machine efficiently
- Set machine parameters according to production orders and product specifications
- Load raw materials such as BOPP film, adhesive, rolls, and paper cores ensuring proper feeding

Quality Control
- Perform quality checks on finished rolls including width, length, adhesion strength, and appearance




- Ensure products meet required quality standards before dispatch

Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Report major mechanical or electrical problems to the maintenance department
- Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep

Production and Documentation
- Maintain daily production records and update production report registers
- Record material consumption and minimize wastage
- Follow SOPs and company guidelines strictly

Safety and Coordination
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,746.13 per month
