Hiring: Sous Chef - Pune

Location: Pune
Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food compliance as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Support menu planning, trials, and new dish development.
- Monitor portioning, wastage, and kitchen productivity.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hospitality/kitchen operations.




- At least 2 years in a supervisory role (Jr. Sous/Sr. CDP level).
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food safety, and multi-cuisine operations.
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred.
