Job Title: Staff Nurse - Eldercare Services

Location: NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad)
Reporting To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Staff Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to elderly clients at home. The role involves client visits across NCR, short clinical duties including IV therapy and wound care, and coordination with consulting doctors and physiotherapists to ensure holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Care Delivery
- Administer IV fluids, injections, and prescribed medications.
- Perform wound dressing and advanced wound care procedures.
- Provide catheter care, post-surgical care, and bedridden patient management.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Identify early signs of complications and escalate appropriately.

2. Client Visits (Home Healthcare)
- Conduct scheduled home visits across NCR.
- Ensure safe, hygienic, and protocol-based care at client residences.




- Educate families on patient care plans and recovery guidelines.
- Maintain skilled conduct and patient confidentiality at all times.

3. Coordination & Case Management
- Liaise with consulting Doctors and Physiotherapists for care planning.
- Attend case discussions and provide clinical updates.
- Support structured recovery plans to reduce re-hospitalization risks.

4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed patient records and visit reports.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and company SOPs.
- Follow infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse with valid registration).
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience (home healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency in IV cannulation and wound management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across NCR.
- Professional demeanor and patient-centric approach.
