Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Supervise, train, and motivate store staff

Achieve and monitor monthly sales targets

Maintain inventory control and conduct regular stock audits

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Handle billing, cash management, and store compliance

Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in retail/store management

Strong leadership and team-handling skills

Experience in achieving sales targets

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Immediate joiners preferred
