Role ObjectiveWe are seeking a seasoned and disciplined Stores In-Charge to lead our warehouse and inventory operations. With 7-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of raw materials ,work-in-progress, and finished goods. Your goal is to ensure 100% inventory accuracy, seamless material flow to the production line, and efficient dispatch of finished mattresses.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Stock Management* Material Receipt: Oversee the unloading, inspection, and GRN (Goods Received Note) entry of all incoming raw materials (PU foam, fabrics, springs, etc.).* Storage Optimization: Implement productive space utilization strategies to ensure easy accessibility and safety of bulky items like foam blocks and finished mattresses.* Stock Accuracy:



Conduct regular physical stock verification and monthly cycle counts; reconcile physical stock with ERP/Register records to ensure zero variance.* FIFO/FEFO Implementation: Strictly maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) protocols, especially for chemicals and fabrics, to prevent aging and wastage.2. Production Support & Dispatch* Line Feeding: Ensure timely issuance of materials to the production department based on the daily production plan (BOM-based issuance).* Dispatch Coordination: Manage the loading of finished goods into delivery vehicles, ensuring correct SKU selection and damage-free handling.* Documentation: Maintain all statutory and internal records, including Inward/Outward registers, Delivery Challans, and E-way bills.Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain "5S" standards within the stores. Ensure all fire safety protocols and material handling safetyare followed.Loss Prevention: Identify and report potential risks of leakage, theft, or damage to raw materials and finished goods.Require
