1. Production & Manufacturing
- Plan and execute production of air gauges, fixture gauges, and inspection fixtures.
- Interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T; for gauge manufacturing.
- Coordinate with design, machining, assembly, and QA teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce rework.
2. Gauging System Expertise
- Assemble and test air plug gauges, air ring gauges, air snap gauges, and multi-channel air gauging systems.
- Manufacture and validate fixture gauges for dimensional inspection and process control.
- Select suitable materials, sensors, pneumatic components, and measuring probes.
- Ensure gauges meet required accuracy,
repeatability, and MSA standards.
3. Customer & Technical Support
- Support installation and commissioning of gauging systems at customer sites.
- Provide technical training on usage and maintenance of air gauges/fixtures.
- Address customer complaints and perform root cause analysis.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
