Position: Medical Social Worker (MSW)
Department: Psychosocial Rehabilitation Hospital
Location: Varanasi ( Chunar )

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct social and psychosocial assessments of patients.
- Provide supportive counselling to patients and caregivers.
- Assist in rehabilitation, discharge, and follow-up planning.
- Coordinate with community resources, NGOs, and support services.
- Facilitate patient welfare activities and support programs.
- Maintain documentation, case records, and reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
- Organize psychoeducation and awareness sessions for families.

Eligibility Criteria




- Master of Social Work (MSW) from a recognized university.
- Experience in hospital / mental health / rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Good communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with interest in mental health can also apply.
