Job Overview

We are seeking an International Procurement & Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services from international vendors to ensure cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery. The role involves managing overseas supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, ensuring import compliance, and optimizing global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Import & Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with logistics/CHA teams on required documents, shipment updates, and clearance status.
- Pricing & Commercial Prep: Maintain price sheets, prepare pre-negotiation files, and document final terms shared by senior management.
- Purchase & Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, update reorder requirements, maintain PO trackers, and follow up on production timelines.




- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain well-organised folders for contracts, POs, shipment docs, certifications, and updated pricing versions.
- Reporting: Maintain sourcing trackers and submit weekly updates on all live orders and communications.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of International Procurement (preferably Babycare, Lifestyle and Wellness).
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Valuable with data, spreadsheets, and follow-ups
- Prior experience in sourcing, imports, or coordination preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
