What will you do?
- Manage accounting journal entries, tracking all business transactions for our ecommerce business, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting for online sales, payment gateways, returns, and refunds.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and readily available.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Participate in monthly/yearly closing activities.
- Assist with other accounting and finance projects related to e-commerce operations.

What are we looking for?




- 1+ years' experience as a Accountant, preferably in an e-commerce or online retail business.
- Experience with basic accounting and financial practices.
- Familiarity with payment gateway reconciliation and marketplace accounting -preferable (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong team player skills with close attention to detail.
- Good analytical, numerical, and presentational skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
