About the Company

We are currently expanding our team and looking to hire Loan Processing Officers who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in international financial services.

Responsibilities:
- Verify financial documents such as income statements, bank statements, and credit information
- Assist Canadian mortgage brokers with file preparation and document management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and document management systems
- Follow compliance and documentation requirements for Canadian mortgage files
- Communicate internally with team members to ensure files move efficiently through the process





Eligibility & Experience

Preferred:
- 1-3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Loan Processing

Also encouraged to apply:
- Fresh graduates with Finance, Commerce, or Business background:

Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal English)
