Key Responsibilities

1. HTHP Dyeing Machines
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HTHP dyeing machines (vertical/horizontal):
- Monitor pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and pressure systems
- Ensure proper functioning of temperature and pressure controls
- Troubleshoot machine-related dyeing issues

2. Utilities Management

Boiler
- Supervise and maintain steam boilers
- Monitor steam pressure, fuel consumption, and safety systems
- Ensure regular inspection and descaling

Air Compressor
- Maintain compressors and air distribution systems
- Monitor air pressure, moisture removal, and leakages

ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
- Supervise ETP operations and ensure compliance with pollution norms
- Monitor pH, COD, BOD levels
- Maintain pumps, blowers, and dosing systems

3. Yarn Preparatory Machines
- Maintain winding, doubling, and related machines
- Ensure proper alignment and tension control
- Minimize yarn breakage

4. Maintenance Planning
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain logs, reports, and breakdown analysis




- Manage spare parts inventory

5. Team Handling
- Supervise technicians, fitters, and operators
- Allocate daily work and monitor performance
- Train staff on maintenance and safety practices

6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safe handling of high-pressure equipment
- Follow factory and environmental regulations
- Conduct safety audits and corrective actions

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HTHP dyeing machines and têxtile processing:
- Hands-on experience with boilers, compressors, and ETP:
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Leadership and team management abilities

Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Textile Engineering
- Experience in têxtile dyeing or processing units
- Ability to handle breakdowns independently
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems
