Equity Research Associate/Analyst

Full-time (Remote)

Salary: Rs 1,50,000 - Rs 1,80,000 Gross Per Month

Work hours: Bahamas time zone, EST

The Equity Research Associate will be primarily responsible for analysis and recommendations for growing the portfolio of our client. The role will leverage 2+ years of experience in fundamental equity research on a coverage universe, deal execution, providing investment ideas for the portfolios, and contributing to the investment performance of our client.

The Equity Research Associate will be primarily responsible for analysis and recommendations to grow the portfolio and maximise financial performance.

The role includes (but is not limited to):
- Performing fundamental equity research, providing investment ideas for the portfolios, and contributing to the investment performance
- Integrating information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined research




- Creating detailed financial projections for the companies and develop valuation analysis of stocks to develop investment recommendations
- Developing, testing, and implementing selection factors and models, asset allocation factors and models, and portfolio construction and risk modelling
- Preparing and presenting investment analysis and investment memos
- Generating proprietary analysis on a coverage universe to drive investment
- decision-making
- Evaluating proposals and pitchbooks
- Designing and producing regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Monitoring domestic and international economic and political trends for potential impact on the market and the portfolio.

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree, CFA, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in academics
- 2 to 5 years' relevant work experience (e.g. Private Equity Buy Side or at a Financial Institution)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a robust attention to detail
- Superior work ethic, self-motivation, and the ab
