We are hiring a high-performance Graphic Designer to create campaign-driven creatives for SurePort (corporate travel/security platform) and Kangaroo Cars (airport & corporate mobility).

The role is execution-heavy:ads, campaigns, videos, and motion graphics that directly drive leads, installs, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-conversion marketing creatives:
- Social media ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- App promotion creatives
- Campaign banners, landing visuals
- Create short-form videos & motion graphics:
- Reels, ad videos, explainer snippets
- App feature demos
- Develop campaign concepts + variations at scale (A/B testing creatives)
- Design corporate sales collateral:
- Presentations
- Brochures
- Maintain brand consistency across SurePort & Kangaroo Cars
- Deliver quick turnaround creatives for ongoing campaigns:
- Work closely with performance marketing team to iterate based on data

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- After Effects / Premiere Pro (for motion + video)
- Working knowledge of:




- Figma / Canva (for speed execution)
- Strong understanding of:
- Ad creatives (CTR-focused design)
- Visual storytelling for short-form content
- Typography, layout, and color systems

- Ability to design for performance marketing, not just aesthetics:
- Quick iteration based on campaign data
- Ability to handle multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously:

Preferred Background
- Experience in:
- Digital marketing agency / startup / D2C / mobility / SaaS
- Prior work on:
- Paid ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- App install campaigns
- Portfolio must include:
- Static ads + video creatives + campaign work
