Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operation Executive located on-site in Hyderabad. The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing daily operational activities, streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and collaborating with other team members to meet organizational goals. Key tasks include monitoring workflows, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring the effective implementation of operational plans.



The role also involves communication and coordination with different departments to support business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Solid Operations and Operations Management skills to manage and optimize workflows and ensure operational efficiency.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify and solve problems and improve processes.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
