A Dehydration Operator is responsible for the removal of moisture from raw materials (such as food, chemicals, or minerals) using specialized industrial machinery. This role ensures that products meet specific moisture content standards for preservation, quality, and weight requirements.

Core Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor industrial dryers, kilns, or vacuum dehydration units.
- Process Control: Adjust temperature, airflow, and belt speeds to achieve the exact moisture specifications required for the product.
- Quality Testing: Conduct periodic moisture analysis using moisture analyzers or lab scales to ensure consistency.
- Material Handling: Load raw materials into feeders and monitor the discharge of finished dry goods into storage or packaging.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain strict hygiene standards by cleaning equipment between product batches to prevent cross-contamination.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of thermodynamics or heat transfer.




- Robust attention to detail for monitoring gauges and digital control panels.
- Ability to perform basic math for calculating moisture percentages.
- Physical stamina for handling bulk materials in a warm environment.

Boiler Operator

A Boiler Operator (also known as a Stationary Engineer) manages high-pressure systems that generate steam or heat for a facility. This is a safety-critical role that involves maintaining the "heart" of a plant's utility system.

Core Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Observe pressure gauges, water levels, and fuel flow to ensure the boiler operates within safe parameters.
- Water Chemistry: Test and treat boiler feed water with chemicals to prevent scale buildup and corrosion inside the tubes.
