Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school
- Ensure strict adherence to CBSE affiliation norms, policies, and guidelines
- Drive curriculum implementation, academic planning, and assessment strategies
- Mentor and develop teachers; build a strong, collaborative school culture
- Oversee student discipline, wellbeing, and parent engagement
- Manage school operations, admissions, and coordination with the central office
- Represent the school during audits, inspections, and CBSE communications

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory)




- Minimum 5+ years of experience, including 3 years as Principal in a CBSE school
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, inspections, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Ability to work closely with management and deliver results
