Job Role:
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Admission Counsellor / Sales Executive to join our night shift team. The role involves interacting with international clients, understanding their academic needs, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about our one-on-one tutoring programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, chats, follow-ups)
- Convert inquiries into paid enrollments
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Update and maintain proper records of all interactions
- Coordinate with academic team for smooth onboarding
Shift Timing:
Night Shift (US/Canada/Australia time zones)
Working Days:
Monday to Friday
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales / counselling (Ed-Tech preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in handling international clients
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
