We are hiring a agile Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding NEET/JEE preparation programs, drive admissions, and achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about NEET/JEE courses and career pathways.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups.
- Manage walk-ins, calls, and online leads.
- Maintain admission records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in education counselling / sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
