Dynamics 365 CRM - MSM Support
Roles and Responsibilities.
- L2/L3 support and enhancement of Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) on Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
- Develop and maintain custom MSM modules, including fully custom Product compliance solutions
- Design and build Power Pages portals for internal facilities and external supplier data collection
- Create and optimize Power Automate flows for data ingestion, validation, and orchestration
- Design and manage Dataverse schema, security roles, and integrations
- Develop Power BI dashboards with optimized datasets, DAX, and RLS
- Work with Microsoft Fabric for data pipelines and analytics (where applicable)
- Support CSRD reporting requirements and regulatory changes
- Manage DEV / TEST / PROD deployments and troubleshoot production issues
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM)
- Deep knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages)
- Strong Power BI development experience
- Experience building custom solutions beyond OOTB
- Experience with external data collection portals
- Understanding of ALM and workplace separation

- CSRD / ESG / Sustainability domain knowledge
- Third-party integrations
- Azure services with Power Platform
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
