The Role:
- Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. Ready for a challenge?
- As a Coordinator or Senior Coordinator, you will do interview scheduling and requisition management by coordinating effectively with hiring managers and recruiters. You will support accurate reporting and leverage internal systems to maintain process efficiency.
- This position acts as a key liaison between hiring managers and recruiters, for IV scheduling, requisition management and data management.

- Responsible for interview scheduling and requisitions management.
- Managing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Assist with helpdesk tasks, update the applicant tracking system, and start or verify pre-employment checks and references.
- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Building and maintaining solid working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
