Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Maintain documentation of inspection results and quality control activities.
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Production Management:
- Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production plans.
- Monitor and manage the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Identify training needs and facilitate training programs for staff development.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain production reports, quality reports, and other documentation as required.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Report on production and quality performance to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Processing, Quality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control and production management.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environm
