We are an architecture-focused company expanding our services by setting up a dedicated BIM office. We are starting with MEP BIM projects and aim to grow into a full-scale BIM services vertical.

We are looking for a BIM Lead (MEP) who can take ownership of BIM delivery and help us build strong processes and a capable team from the ground up.

Role Overview
- Establishing BIM standards
- Leading initial MEP BIM projects
- Mentoring modelers
- Guiding management on BIM best practices

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver MEP BIM projects:
- Set up BIM standards, templates, and workflows
- Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP):
- Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical models
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks:
- Review models for quality, accuracy, and LOD compliance
- Train and mentor BIM modelers
- Participate in technical discussions with clients
- Support management in estimation and project planning

Required Skills & Experience




- 7-12 years of hands-on BIM experience (MEP-focused)
- Strong expertise in Revit MEP:
- Good knowledge of Navisworks coordination:
- Experience delivering LOD 300 / LOD 400 models
- Experience with MEP shop drawings
- Ability to explain BIM concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred
- Experience setting up BIM processes or teams
- International project exposure
- Knowledge of ACC / BIM 360
- Leadership mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
