Teaching & Learning:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Science lessons using a variety of instructional strategies including hands-on activities, experiments, indoor/outdoor learning, and technology integration.

Student Assessment & Development
- Regularly assess student learning through class participation, formative/summative assessments, and project-based learning.
- Maintain detailed student records and prepare descriptive observation-based reports for each child.
- Offer academic counseling and mentoring to support student learning outcomes.

Classroom & Behavior Management
- Maintain robust class control while promoting a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Set clear expectations and manage student behavior with empathy and consistency.

Residential & Co-curricular Duties
- Actively participate in the residentialactivities of the school.
- Contribute to the holistic development of students beyond academics through clubs, field visits, and events.

Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science with B.Ed. (Essential)




- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience (experience in residential schools preferred)
- Solid communication skills in English
- Trained in or familiar with activity-based, experiential teaching methodologies

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
