Job Summary

The Procurement Executive will support the sourcing and purchasing of solar project materials and services, ensuring timely availability of quality components at competitive costs. The role focuses on day-to-day procurement activities for solar EPC projects, vendor coordination, and documentation support.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement of solar materials such as PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, BOS items, and related services
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders:
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand material requirements and timelines
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, dispatches, and documentation:
- Maintain vendor master data and procurement records
- Support price comparisons, vendor evaluations, and basic negotiations
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and project requirements
- Track material receipt, resolve quantity or quality issues, and support GRN closure
- Assist in inventory tracking and site material coordination




- Support cost control and reporting as required

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field:
- ~1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (solar/renewable energy preferred)
- Basic understanding of solar components and EPC workflows:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/other)
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, or electrical projects:
- Familiarity with vendor sourcing and logistics coordination:
- Knowledge of local supplier markets and import basics (optional)

Working Conditions
- Office-based with occasional site visits:
- May require coordination with suppliers and project teams under tight timelin

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
