1. Production & Operations

Plan and monitor daily production schedules

Ensure optimal utilization of machines (CNC/VMC/Lathe/Grinding, etc.)

Achieve production targets with minimum downtime

Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams

2. Manpower Management

Allocate operators/helpers shift-wise

Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity

Train new operators and upgrade skill levels

Handle shop-floor issues and grievances professionally

3. Quality Control

Ensure products meet drawing and quality standards

Implement SOPs, work instructions, and control plans

Reduce rejection, rework, and scrap

Coordinate with QC for inspections and corrective actions

4. Machine & Tool Management

Ensure machines are maintained in good working condition

Coordinate preventive maintenance activities

Monitor tool life, tooling changes, and setups





Support breakdown analysis and root cause action

5. Safety, 5S & Compliance

Ensure safety rules and PPE usage

Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and shop-floor discipline

Follow ISO / IATF / EHS guidelines

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings

6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare daily production, rejection, and downtime reports

Track OEE, efficiency, and productivity metrics

Implement Kaizen, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
