Experience Required:
Minimum 4 to 6 Years in Purchase / Procurement (Manufacturing Industry)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for procurement of raw materials, consumables, spares, and services required for manufacturing operations while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation
- Preparation and release of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Follow-up with vendors for timely material delivery
- Procurement of raw materials, spares, consumables, and services
- Coordination with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments
- Ensure material availability as per production plan
- Rate comparison, cost control, and budget adherence
- Maintain purchase records, MIS, and documentation
- Handle vendor payments coordination with accounts




- Support audits and compliance documentation
- SAP / ERP Responsibilities:
- Create and manage PR, PO, GRN in SAP / ERP
- Maintain vendor and material master data
- Track inventory and consumption through SAP

Qualification:
Post Graduate / M.B.A / Diploma

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing procurement
- Vendor management & negotiation skills
- SAP MM / ERP system knowledge
- MS Excel & reporting skills
- Valuable communication & coordination

Industry Preference:
Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Plant

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
