Role & responsibilities:
- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe content into text files accurately. Ensure adherence to specific formatting and notation requirements provided by the project guidelines.
- Review Grammar, Punctuation and spelling to ensure quality before submission.
- Annotate audio recording with appropriate metadata, including speaker identification.
- Identify and promptly correct errors or inaccuracies in Transcriptions.
- English language is required.
- Basic Linguistic knowledge with fluency in any of the required languages (Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Telugu or Hindi) (any one)
- Proven ability to type quickly and accurately with excellent proof-reading skills.
- Strong command of Grammar, spelling and punctuation. Excellent verbal communication, listening and computer proficiency.




- Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft windows operating system and transcription tools.

Education:Undergraduate/Graduate (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

CTC: ₹21k per month
