Second Class Boiler Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor boilers safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure uninterrupted steam supply for food processing operations.
- Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of boiler systems.
- Maintain boiler logbooks, pressure readings, temperature records, and safety checks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety standards, and factory regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.
- Handle emergencies and breakdowns responsibly and promptly.

Requirements:




- Valid Second Class Boiler Operator License (mandatory).
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience operating boilers in a manufacturing or food processing setting.
- Knowledge of boiler safety rules, water treatment, and preventive maintenance.
- Must be open to working in rotational shifts.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in food processing or FMCG industry.
- Basic knowledge of utilities and auxiliary equipment.
- Good record-keeping and compliance awareness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
