We are Looking for Counter Receptionist for Foods & Beverages Kiosks (Nestle)
- Core Responsibility_

Customer Interaction:
- Greet Customer, provide accurate menu information, explain ingredients and offer recommendations (upselling)

Order Management:
- Take food and drink orders, precisely and relay them to the kitchen or preparation staff.

Billing & Transaction:
- Process Cash, Credit and digital payments accurately using a point of sale (POS) System.

Kiosk Upkeep:
- Maintain a clean and organized counter, display area and waiting space. according to health and safety standards.
- Key Skills Required_

Communication:
- Explicit verbal skills to interact with diverse customers and coordinate with team members.

Technical Proficiency:
- Ability to operate modern POS systems and digital ordering apps.

Multitasking:
- Handling a high volume of orders while managing payments and maintaining cleanliness during rush hours.

Hygiene Knowledge:
- Understanding of food safety protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
