1. Delivering the Curriculum

a. Take responsibility in supporting, nurturing and taking a genuine interest in the holistic development of children assigned to you.

b. Work closely with the Co-ordinator and fellow teachers to ensure the effective preparation and delivery of the plans

c. Putting into practice the school’s learning and Teaching Strategy and employing a wide variety of learning and teaching tools to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

d. Ensure curriculum documentation is recorded in the work planners and meet the deadline.

e. Ensure that the notebooks are corrected and proper feedback is given to the students.

f. Ensuring that all students are able to progress according to their ability.

g. Maximising learning opportunities both within and outside the classroom through fieldtrips, visiting speakers, varied teaching styles and resources.
