Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature to students as per the prescribed curriculum
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned students and parents
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress and provide regular feedback
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and career development activities

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a classroom or homeroom teacher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for teaching and child development
