Responsibilities:
- Convert walk-in customers into a sale through strong pitching and closing the sale.
- Actively sell fashion-related services (customization, tailoring, fittings, alterations, premium services, etc.) along with merchandise.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for both products and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase average bill value (ABV) and service attachment rates.
- Promote recent arrivals, seasonal collections, and value-added services to maximize revenue.
- Build repeat business through customer engagement, follow-ups, and service bookings.
- Maintain strong sales discipline on the shop floor.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion retail sales only,



including service selling (tailoring, customization, styling, or related services).
- Proven track record in target-based selling and walk-in conversion.
- Strong understanding of fashion merchandise and clothing-related services.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (local language preferred).
- Highly target-driven, energetic, and performance-focused.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and peak retail hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
