Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data reporting, analysis, and system support. The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, maintaining databases, and supporting management with actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources (sales, operations, HR, finance).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and trackers.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports across outlets and franchise partners.




- Support business teams with ad-hoc data analysis and presentations.
- Identify data gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with IT/operations for system enhancements and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems preferred.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
