Role Summary

The Junior Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist will support the creative team by editing high-quality videos and creating engaging motion graphics for corporate, safety, product, and podcast projects. This role places strong importance on motion graphics, visual storytelling, and software proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Production
- Compile corporate, industrial, product marketing, and internal communication videos.
- Edit podcasts, including exact video and audio synchronization.
- Compile safety training and incident recreation videos.
- Work with multi-camera footage, green screen edits, and basic color correction.

Motion Graphics & Visual Design (Core Focus)
- Develop motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Create engaging lower thirds, transitions, titles, icons, and explainer-style elements.
- Maintain pacing, rhythm, and visual hierarchy across all edits.

3. Collaboration & Execution
- Follow project briefs accurately while maintaining quality and clarity.
- Meet strict deadlines and deliver revisions based on team feedback.
- Coordinate effectively with creative, production, and design teams.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Animation, Film Studies, or related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience (Agency or Studio experience preferred).
- Software: Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
