Base location with frequent outstation travel as per project requirements

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects
- Travel to project sites (including outstation locations) for site supervision and progress monitoring:
- Read and interpret CAD drawings, technical drawings, and project documentation:
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Track project timelines, material deliveries, and work progress:
- Conduct site inspections and report deviations, delays, or quality concerns
- Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and progress records:
- Support in measurement verification, billing inputs, and BOQ references where required
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and design specifications

Required Skills & Competencies




- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and technical documents:
- Basic understanding of site execution processes:
- Good coordination and communication skills:
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up ability:
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field

Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of hands-on site or project coordination experience:
- Exposure to interior, civil, or construction projects preferred

Other Requirements
- Must be comfortable with outstation travel on short notice:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, project documentation, and reporting:
- Solid sense of responsibility and ownership

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
