Position Summary:
- Should have deep hands-on experience in operation, cleaning, and maintenance of various make compression machines such as Fette, Korsch, Killian, Courtoy, Sejoing, Cadmach, etc.:
- Should be able to handle troubleshooting and problem-solving,



acting as the primary authority for resolving complex production issues, machine malfunctions, and deviations that arise during the compression process.
- Should have capability for installation and commissioning of compression equipment.:
- Should have experience as an OEM service engineer, including AMC, calibration, and predictive maintenance.:
- Should have knowledge about critical components like load cell, amplifier values, interlocks, all cams in the machine, different sets of change parts like feeder wheels, fill cams, sealing segments, punches & dies, etc.
- Should have knowledge about equipment management for overseeing the operation, setup, disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance of tablet compression machines (e.g., mono-layer setup in single & double rotary compression machine, bilayer setup in double rotary compression machine, MUPS setup in compression machine, etc.).
