Job Summary

Brillsworth Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in real estate and advertising visuals. The role involves designing high-impact digital and print creatives, supporting branding initiatives, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to drive project visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), digital ads, and campaign promotions.
- Develop print collaterals including brochures, flyers, newspaper ads, hoardings, banners, and sales kits for real estate projects.
- Create visually compelling presentations and pitch decks for internal teams, channel partners, and investors.
- Design and edit real estate walkthrough videos, motion graphics, logo animations, and project showcase videos.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales,



and external vendors to deliver creatives within timelines.
- Manage and organize design assets and creative databases efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, advertising, or agency environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), CorelDRAW, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of social media creatives, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Good Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Profile
- Prior experience handling real estate or property-related marketing creatives.
