The Trainer - Tally & GST will be responsible for delivering effective training on Tally (with GST

compliance) to students/beneficiaries, ensuring practical understanding, skill development, and

employability readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime) with GST, including

accounting fundamentals.
- Train participants on GST concepts such as registration, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), invoicing,

compliance, and reconciliation.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on bookkeeping, ledger creation, vouchers, taxation, payroll

basics, and reports in Tally.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical assignments, and continuous

assessments.




- Maintain training records, attendance, progress reports, and feedback.
- Support trainees with doubt-clearing sessions and practical case studies.
- Align training delivery with industry standards and course curriculum.
- Coordinate with the Centre In-Charge for schedules, assessments, and reporting.
- Support placement readiness activities such as interview preparation and basic workplace

skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
