Brillsworth Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves lead generation, campaign optimization, social media management, and coordination with sales and pre-sales teams to improve conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate quality leads for real estate projects within defined CPL targets.
- Manage social media pages, content scheduling, and engagement.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and lead quality.
- Handle property listings on portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with CRM and pre-sales teams to track lead conversion and feedback.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience (real estate experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic analytics.
- Understanding of lead funnels, landing pages, and campaign optimization.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary

Pay: ₹25,099.63 - ₹50,332.61 per month
