We are hiring Sales Officers to support the retail launch of our wheat-based food products (Atta, Maida, Sooji, Rava). The role involves daily market visits, retailer onboarding, order collection, and supporting distributor sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Visit kirana stores, wholesalers, and small retailers daily
Onboard recent retail outlets in assigned territory
Take orders and ensure timely dispatch through distributor
Promote schemes and new product launches
Ensure product availability and basic in-store visibility
Collect market and competitor information
Coordinate with distributor for payment follow-ups
Submit daily and weekly sales reports
1-4 years experience in FMCG retail sales
Experience in staples (atta, rice, grocery) preferred
Strong local market knowledge
Willing to work in field extensively
Own two-wheeler with valid license
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
Compensation
Fixed salary + monthly performance incentives
Travel and field expenses reimbursed
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
