We are hiring an experienced Italian Chef for our wood-fired café located in Vasind (Tal. Shahapur, Dist. Thane). The role involves hands-on cooking with a strong focus on wood-fired pizzas and Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Italian dishes including pasta, risotto, sauces, starters, and salads
- Handle wood-fired oven operations for pizza and breads
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Assist in menu planning and standardization
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and senior chefs
- Manage prep work, raw material usage, and basic stock control

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Italian Chef / Pizza Chef:
- Hands-on knowledge of wood-fired cooking (mandatory or preferred)
- Good understanding of Italian sauces, dough, and toppings
- Ability to work in a café / restaurant setup
- Team-oriented and disciplined approach
- Prior experience in wood-fired pizzeria is a solid plus
